When do I get my order?

Our delivery goal is 45-60 minutes. Busy restaurants or roads, special orders and delivery distance can sometimes increase those delivery times. We'll make an attempt to contact you if your delivery time is extended beyond the original quoted time.

Should I tip my driver?

Of course! It's a great way to show your driver some love. Your delivery fee covers fuel and other costs associated with managing your order and delivery. Our drivers work mainly on tips.

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount can change based on the restaurant or business that you are ordering from. On average, the minimum order amount is usually $10.00. Minimum order total does not include fees such as services, taxes, or delivery meaning that your item total must meet the minimum order amount. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been sent to the restaurant, it cannot be canceled. Orders are sent to the restaurant almost immediately after an order is placed. If you call us we can try to prevent the order from being placed, but the window of opportunity is very small. We will not provide refunds for orders that have already been placed with a restaurant as we have already paid the restaurant for the order. 

Do your menu prices vary from the restaurants dine-in prices?

Our website prices can differ from the restaurant dine in prices depending on the type of partnership that we have with the restaurant. We offer delivery from partnered and non-partnered restaurants. Partnered restaurants are restaurants that want to work with us by offering Somerset Delivery discounts for marketing their company. These restaurants have a lower markup compared to other non-partnered restaurants. Other restaurants may be non-participating meaning that Somerset Delivery is not affiliated with them and in no way are claiming to be in business with them. These restaurants may have higher markups than partnered restaurants. 

Will I get utensils, napkins, condiments, etc...?

Somerset Delivery does not provide utensils or condiments other than what the restaurant includes with your order. If you need any additional items, please ask for it when you place your order and we will do our best to make sure you get them. We cannot obtain items or substitutions that would increase the price of your order. 

Why did my order total change from when I originally placed the order? 

We are constantly reviewing our restaurants menu's to keep pricing as accurate and up to date as possible. Sometimes prices can change without notice or a special request (substitution or extra dressing) has an upcharge that we did not account for. We are happy to review your bill with you to determine if the price change was necessary.

My order is wrong or incomplete. What do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. You can use the contact us link on our website, give us a call, or email us at For your health safety assurance, our drivers do not check the contents of the containers in your order prior to delivery.We simply transport the already packaged items from the restaurant to you. But if there is a problem, we want to know about it and we will work with the restaurant to try and make it right. Please note that any credits or replacements will be based upon the restaurants decision. 

Can I order from outside the delivery area?

Call us and we will see what we can do! We do have a couple of meet-up locations set for customers who live outside the delivery area. We would love to delivery to everyone, but that isn't always possible. 

Did you know that your menu's are missing some items?

We do know that not all items are listed for a restaurant or business. If you have a favorite item that is not listed, contact us via email ( or from the contact us link on our website and we will do our best to add your request before your next order. 

Do you plan on adding more restaurants/businesses in the future?
